Frankfort Summerfest Committee

Mission

Frankfort's Summerfest celebrtion has been a yearly event for decades and is usually held the first Saturday after Father's Day.  The Summerfest Committee believes that there should be as many free events as possible so that every family is able to attend and enjoy the day, experiencing the friendship of our small, rural community.  The celebration begins with a parade, followed by activities in our city park, inculding inflatables, free swimming, turtle and frog races and many other events.  Summerfest 2026 is scheduled for Saturday, June 27th.
